WebMay 11, 2010 · I am an x-ray tech as well as a coder. You are actually looking at two separate procedures. The x-ray of the wrist would be cpt code 73110, and the one for the hand would be 73130. If it is just the radiologist reading the films, you might have to deal with the TC modifier, but not sure exactly what your circumstances are. Hope this helps!
