Cubs leadership badge
WebCub scouts are broken up into smaller groups of (usually) six. These groups are called sixes. The sixes are usually named after colours, Red, Black, White, Tawny, Yellow, Brown etc. Cub scouts are given coloured circle badges to show which six they belong to. This allows the leaders to refer to the whole group by name; for example "Red Six". WebSixers and Seconders are Cub Scouts who are chosen to take on leadership responsibilities, such as helping new members settle in, or taking charge of a particular game or activity. They are role models for the rest of the group, always there to lend an ear and go the extra mile.
