WebJun 1, 2024 · There's no aarch64 build for wiringpi in the repo right now. There's an armhf toolchain in the repo that should work, although I haven't tried it with wiringpi myself. I'm not sure what level of support we can offer for wiringpi moving forward, so please consider switching to an alternative.

WebSep 26, 2016 · The issue with this is that gcc on the Jetson is a 32 bit (arm-linux-gnueabihf) but the kernel needs to be compiled for aarch64. To remedy this I guess there are (at least) 3 options. Compile the kernel on a host machine using a cross-compile to aarch64 and then install said kernel on the Jetson.
