Other than that, I really don't make any setting changes that I recall. (Maybe avoid crossing perimeters, but I forget if that actually did anything significant.) Also, try using extra walls/perimeters instead of a 100% infill. They produce solid darker portions, resulting in enhanced contrast but increased print time.
